You are only purchasing the digital .png file, not a printed work.

I own the rights to the artwork. This means I may post it to other social media platforms. (ex. Twitter, Instagram, YouTube if time-lapse recorded.) Proper credit will be given to you on each site.

I have the right to refuse / cancel your order if I am not comfortable drawing the requested art and or do not feel the relationship with the client is healthy.

You may re-post the art received however proper credit must be given. Do NOT claim the art as your own.

The commissioned work can be used for personal use only. If you would like to use my work for a profit you must purchase commercial rights to the artwork. This will be a separate fee.

Work will be streamed via my twitch channel twitch.tv/onikayb unless stated prior to the commissions that it is to be kept secret.

I can refund 100% of the payment ONLY if the commission has not been started.

I will only refund if there is a valid reason, I will not refund for wait time. (Unless time exceeds 3 Months)

Not Started: 100% Refund

Sketch: 50% Refund (Will send sketch upon request)

Line Art: Refund Negotiable (Not guaranteed)

Finished Work: NO REFUND

During the commission process I will send you updated WIP (Work in Progress) shots of your commission. During this time, you can ask for minor changes to be made before the work is finished.

Once the art is finished only MINOR changes can be made. If it was a mistake on my part (ex. Missing minor details to the character) I will change it.

Any changes that were not discussed until the work is finished may cost an extra fee.

Any major changes will result in a fee. (Ex. Pose, outfit, hair and or other major changes)

You must ensure you are specific in what you are wanting. If you do not properly communicate we will not have a clear end goal for the artwork.

References must be provided unless you are paying a character creation fee for the design. Due to this, changes cannot be made after the sketch phase. The character creation fee is 25% on top of the commission price.

Commissions will be finished as soon as possible, however please be patient. Work takes time and I do have a job.

I will try to finish your commission within 1-3 weeks however it can take longer depending on workload and prior commissions ahead of you.

Work can take as long as 3 months to deliver in worst case scenarios. While this is not expected it can happen and I do apologize for the wait.

I will keep you informed if something causes your commission to be set back or delayed.

If I am not motivated to work, I will not try to push myself to finish your commission. I want the quality to be high and working under that mental state will not provide the highest standard for your money.

If you are wanting to order an artwork for commercial use, please understand there is 2x – 3x fee for this depending on what you will be doing with it.

My work is not to be used for anything other than personal use unless commercial rights are paid for.

If I find you are using my work for a profit without proper payment, you will no longer be able to work with me.
